Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Good Home of Oakmont.

If your goods were damaged in transit or if you simply are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or store credit. Please make sure to email us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. 

Exceptions to our policy:

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition, without any signs of wear or use
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Art, Vintage & Antique items are final sales

To complete your return, please follow the following steps:

1. Email thegoodhomeofoakmont@gmail.com from the email address that your ordered from, along with your order number as shown on your order confirmation email
2. Once the request is received and processed we will send you further instructions on how to finalize your return or exchange

Please note:

• Refunds may take up to 14  business days to process and show up in your account. Please contact us if this is taking longer than expected
• Unless the item was received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges
• We do not not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery. We advise sending returned packages with a reliable carrier and tracking to:
